AMANDINES CHOCOLATE


INGREDIENTS
• 60 g almonds
• 2 eggs
• 150 g of dark chocolate
• 60 g butter (+ 25 g for molds)
• 60 g flour
• 60 g sugar
• 1/2 tsp. Coffee baking powder
 

DIRECTION
 
Break the chocolate into pieces. Melt it with the butter in a double boiler or in the microwave if at medium power. Smooth out.
Mix the ground almonds, flour and yeast.
Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl. Add the warm melted chocolate, whisking briskly. Stir in the flour-almond mixture.
Divide the dough into four tart pans 8 cm in diameter, carefully buttered.
Bake 15 minutes in preheated oven th. 5 (150 ° C). Unmold. Serve these amandines warm or cold.
