CURRY COD WITH TOMATO
INGREDIENTS
- 200gm cod fillets
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 1 can peeled tomatoes
- Juice of 1/2 lime
DIRECTION
- Sauté garlic and shallot in a little olive oil.
- Add spices, tomatoes and lemon juice.
- Add the fish fillets, cover and cook over medium heat 8 min.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
RASPBERRY TARTS, ALMOND AND CHOCOLATE GLAZE
INGREDIENTS
- 140g butter at room temperature
- 60gm icing sugar
- 25gm ground almonds
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 250gm flour
- The seeds of a vanilla pod
- Mix all ingredients without overworking the dough.
- Form a ball.
- The refrigerate 30 minutes.
- 80gm ground almonds
- 40gm of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 30gm soft butter
- Raspberries (frozen from my garden)
- 75gm whipping cream
- 150gm chocolate
WAFFLE POTATOES AND PARSLEY
Preparation time 15 min
Cooking time 10 min
INGREDIENTS (for 6 waffles)
400g of potatoes
10ml liquid cream 5%
40gm butter
2 eggs
50gm flour
2 pinches of nutmeg
2 tablespoons parsley
DIRECTION
Peel, wash and grate the potatoes.
Mix the cream with grated potatoes, nutmeg, two eggs, flour, parsley and butter.
Pour the batter into a preheated waffle iron.
Remove losqu'elles waffles are golden.
ASPARAGUS WITH GARLIC
INGREDIENTS
- green asparagus
- 23 cloves of garlic
- olive oil
- flower of salt
DIRECTION
Equeutter asparagus and rinse them well.
Cut into regular trançons.
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
Heat a frying pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic.
Add the asparagus, turning regularly.
After a few minutes, remove them, and enjoyed without moderation!
