MARBLE CAKE TO THERMOMIX


 
Preparation time 5 min
Cooking time 40 min at 180 ° C (T ° 6)

INGREDIENTS
  • 270 gm of flour
  • 150 gm of caster sugar
  • 100 gm soft butter
  • 50 gm milk
  • 50 gm bitter chocolate powder
  • 10 gm of yeast
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

 
DIRECTION
  • Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
  • Put the softened butter into pieces with sugar, milk and eggs in the bowl of Thermomix and blend 2 min at speed 5.
  • Add flour and baking powder. Mixer new 5 speed 20 sec.
  • Into a mold previously buttered and floured cake, pour half of the batter.
  • In the rest of the preparation, add the cocoa and mix 10 sec speed 7. Pour over who is already in the mold.
  • For marbling, perform movements from bottom to top with the Thermomix spatula or a fork for a finer marbling.
  • Bake about 40 minutes at 180 ° C. Do not hesitate to check for doneness by sticking a knife in the marble. Your kids will love already!
