INGREDIENTS
- 3 duck breast
- 100 gm cornflakes
- 50 gm flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons milk
- sunflower oil
DIRECTION
- Cut each lanyard pieces (about 5 cm long).
- In separate plates, put flour in one, the second beaten egg mixed with milk and in the last, crush cornflakes to make breadcrumbs.
- A medium heat, heat the oil in a pan. Dip pieces in flour knots successively in the mixture with egg and breadcrumbs cornflakes. Then throw them into the hot pan and fry, turning regularly.
- Then place them on absorbent paper.
