NUGGETS DUCK




INGREDIENTS
  • 3 duck breast
  • 100 gm cornflakes
  • 50 gm flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  •  2 tablespoons milk
  •  sunflower oil
 

DIRECTION
  • Cut each lanyard pieces (about 5 cm long).
  • In separate plates, put flour in one, the second beaten egg mixed with milk and in the last, crush cornflakes to make breadcrumbs.
  • A medium heat, heat the oil in a pan. Dip pieces in flour knots successively in the mixture with egg and breadcrumbs cornflakes. Then throw them into the hot pan and fry, turning regularly.
  • Then place them on absorbent paper.
