FOR 4 PERSONS
INGREDIENTS
- 250 gm spaghetti
- 1 onion
- 8 Paris mushrooms
- 4 eggs
- milk
- 140 gm grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper
DIRECTION
- Cook pasta following the directions of the box.
- Saute the onion in the pan with two tablespoons of olive oil.
- Cut the mushrooms into strips and add to onions.
- In a bowl, beat eggs with 3 tablespoons of milk.
- Salt and pepper lightly.
- Drain the pasta and add to mushroom mixture and onions. Then pour in the eggs and add cheese.
- Mix and cook 5 to 10 minutes.
