PASTA WITH EGGS AND MUSHROOMS




 FOR 4 PERSONS

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 gm spaghetti
  • 1 onion
  • 8 Paris mushrooms
  • 4 eggs
  • milk
  • 140 gm grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper 
 
DIRECTION
  • Cook pasta following the directions of the box.
  • Saute the onion in the pan with two tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Cut the mushrooms into strips and add to onions.
  • In a bowl, beat eggs with 3 tablespoons of milk.
  • Salt and pepper lightly.
  • Drain the pasta and add to mushroom mixture and onions. Then pour in the eggs and add cheese.
  • Mix and cook 5 to 10 minutes.
