A classic appetizer that entertains us forever!

INGREDIENTS
  • 75 gm butter
  • 1 glass half flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 150 gm grated cheese
  • 50 gm of cheese into pieces

DIRECTION

  • I heat 1 cup 1/2 water with the butter pieces and salt in a saucepan.
  • When the water boils and the butter is melted, remove from the heat and I threw the flour at once.
  • I mix quickly with a wooden spoon and leave it on the fire.
  • I continue to stir vigorously until the dough no longer sticks to the pan or, or the wooden spoon.
  • I remove from heat and add eggs one at a time, stirring well each time, always with a wooden spoon.
  • And I add the grated cheese.
  • I turn down the oven to 200 °.
  • On baking sheet lined with parchment paper, I put small piles of dough using two teaspoons.
  • I sprinkled the cheese into pieces over and I put in the oven for 40 min. After 20 minutes of cooking, I decline to 180 °.
  • And now, enjoy warm, these cheese puffs are the delight of lovers of cheese and puff pastry!

Miammmmmm!

Good afternoon!
