INGREDIENTS

DIRECTION

- I remove from heat and add eggs one at a time, stirring well each time, always with a wooden spoon.
- And I add the grated cheese.
- I turn down the oven to 200 °.
- On baking sheet lined with parchment paper, I put small piles of dough using two teaspoons.
- I sprinkled the cheese into pieces over and I put in the oven for 40 min. After 20 minutes of cooking, I decline to 180 °.
