PARMESAN SHORTBREAD




INGREDIENTS

  • 125 g cold butter cut into small morceaux
  • 50 g grated cheese
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 120 g flour


DIRECTION
  • i put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead everything until I get a homogeneous mixture.
  • I forms a ball that I cover with plastic wrap and I put in the fridge for 30 min.
  • I preheat the oven to 180 °.
  • After the rest, I spell the dough and form small balls (I got 17) I place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and I flattened slightly with a fork.
  • I put to cook for about 10 minutes, until golden brown, and I look out of the oven 5 minutes before placing them on a grid.
  • We ate once cooled wonders reminiscent enormously famous Monacos Belin in thicker ...
