SMALL FLANS COCKTAIL SAUSAGES





INGREDIENTS

  • 150 gm flour
  • 1 egg
  • 30 ml of milk
  • 24 cocktail sausages
  • 50 gm Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper
 

DIRECTION
  • I preheat the oven to 180 °.
  • In a bowl, I pour the flour and add the beaten egg. I mix and gradually add the milk and Parmesan. I salt and pepper.
  • I deposited in the alveoli of 12 muffin silicone 2 cocktail sausages and put in the oven for 10 min.
  • I'm out of the oven and spread the preparation Parmesan into the molds.
  • I put in the oven for 20 min.
  • Extras lukewarm appetizer with a salad or appetizer just like that, the little blanks can be eaten in two bites!
