SPAGHETTI WITH SALMON


SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
  • 250g of spaghetti
  • 3 blocks of fresh or frozen
  • 2 slices of smoked salmon
  • 10 cl of cream lightened
  • 1/2 lemon


DIRECTION
  • Bring a saucepan of water to a boil. Immerse in boiling water spaghetti the cooking time.
  • Meanwhile, cook the three blocks of fresh (or frozen).
  • Cut into two slices of smoked salmon.
  • Squeeze the lemon
  • Pour the cream into a saucepan and lemon juice. Simmer a few minutes.
  • Mix, where everything is cooked, all ingredients in a bowl and serve
