COOKIES CARAMBARS






INGREDIENTS

  • 100 g butter
  • 75 g of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 100 gm flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 g almond powder
  • 7 carambars
  • 50gm walnuts
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • I preheat the oven to 180 °
  • I cut in carambars soon
 

DIRECTION
  • Adapted in a bowl I put the butter to soften a few minutes in the microwave.
  • I add brown sugar, I beat to whiten, then add the egg. The mixture must be homogeneous.
  • I pour over flour, yeast, salt and ground almonds. I mix again.
  • I finally added carambars pieces and nuts crushed.
  • I form small balls with your hands I place on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  • I flattened slightly with the palm of the hand.
  • I let cook for 10 min.
  • I let the plates cool before tasting.
  • Very nice afternoon!
