ASPARAGUS WITH GARLIC




INGREDIENTS
  • green asparagus
  • 23 cloves of garlic
  • olive oil
  • flower of salt

DIRECTION
Equeutter asparagus and rinse them well.
Cut into regular trançons.
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
Heat a frying pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic.
Add the asparagus, turning regularly.
After a few minutes, remove them, and enjoyed without moderation!
