PUMPKIN AND MUSHROOM GRATIN

INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)

  • 110g of bacon
  • 1kg pumpkin
  • 2 onions
  • 450g mushrooms
  • 3 eggs
  • 20cl liquid cream 5%
  • 40g grated cheese
  • 1CS cumin

DIRECTION  
  • Preheat oven to 180 ° C. 
  • Cut the pumpkin into chunks. Slice the onions.
    Fry the bacon in a large skillet.  
  • Add mushrooms, onions and pumpkin. 
  • Cover and cook for twenty minutes (until the pumpkin is tender). 
  • Pour vegetables in a gratin dish.
    Mix in a bowl the eggs, cream and cumin. 
  • Pour over vegetables. Spread the cheese on top.
     
  • Bake for 30 min.
