INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)
- 110g of bacon
- 1kg pumpkin
- 2 onions
- 450g mushrooms
- 3 eggs
- 20cl liquid cream 5%
- 40g grated cheese
- 1CS cumin
DIRECTION
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
- Cut the pumpkin into chunks. Slice the onions.
Fry the bacon in a large skillet. - Add mushrooms, onions and pumpkin.
- Cover and cook for twenty minutes (until the pumpkin is tender).
- Pour vegetables in a gratin dish.
Mix in a bowl the eggs, cream and cumin. - Pour
over vegetables. Spread the cheese
on top.
- Bake for 30 min.
