INGREDIENTS
- 70 gm fresh goat half
- 100 gm flour
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoon. Coffee baking powder
- 2 teaspoon of olive oil
- 20 gm melted butter
- 2 teaspoon with Parmesan
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
DIRECTION
- I mix all the ingredients with a whisk, except the goat, I incorporate last, cut into small pieces.
- I put the preparation in the fridge for 30 min.
- I preheat the oven to 210 degrees and spread the mixture into silicone molds mini madeleines.
- I put in the oven for 3 minutes, then lower the thermostat to 180 degrees and let cook for 5/6 minutes, until the madeleines are nicely browned.
- And now, it's very yummy and Mini Chef will have made a meal!
