MINI MADELEINES APPETIZING GOAT





INGREDIENTS

  • 70 gm fresh goat half
  • 100 gm flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoon. Coffee baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 20 gm melted butter
  • 2 teaspoon with Parmesan
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
 

DIRECTION
  • I mix all the ingredients with a whisk, except the goat, I incorporate last, cut into small pieces.
  • I put the preparation in the fridge for 30 min.
  • I preheat the oven to 210 degrees and spread the mixture into silicone molds mini madeleines.
  • I put in the oven for 3 minutes, then lower the thermostat to 180 degrees and let cook for 5/6 minutes, until the madeleines are nicely browned.
  • And now, it's very yummy and Mini Chef will have made a meal!
