SPAGHETTI WITH ROCKET, PINE NUTS AND DRIED TOMATOES


 Preparation time 20 min

Cooking time 5 min


INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)

  • 250gm of raw spaghetti
  • 4cc pine nuts
  • 80gm dried tomatoes
  • 50g rocket
  • Garlic 1 teaspoon granulated






DIRECTION
  • Cook pasta as directed on the package.
  • Sauté in pan pine nuts, garlic with tomatoes. 
  • Add pasta and arugula. Sauté 5 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy.
