INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)
- 250gm of raw spaghetti
- 4cc pine nuts
- 80gm dried tomatoes
- 50g rocket
- Garlic 1 teaspoon granulated
DIRECTION
- Cook pasta as directed on the package.
- Sauté in pan pine nuts, garlic with tomatoes.
- Add pasta and arugula. Sauté 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
