OJJA SHRIMP



FOR ABOUT 4 PEOPLE
INGREDIENTS
  • 300 gm shrimp
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic goose
  • 1 red or green pepper 
  • 4 large tomatoes
  • Three eggs 
  • Moroccan spices
  • Olive oil


DIRECTION
  • Remove the peel shrimp.
  • Cut the onion into eighths and fry in olive oil.
  • Add garlic cut into small pieces.
  • Wash and chop the tomatoes and peppers.
  • Bake the preparation.
  • After 5 minutes, add shrimp.
  • In a bowl, mix three eggs and a teaspoon of spices.
  • Add to the previous preparation and stir until eggs are set.
