- 1 egg yolk
- I preheat the oven to 180 °.
- On floured surface, I spread the dough and take it with cutter in the shape of stars of different sizes, I cut the cookies that I place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- I daubed egg yolk mixed with a little water, and I sprinkled sesame seeds or poppy seeds.
- I put 10 minutes in the oven and the oven I wait 5 minutes before placing on a wire rack.
