INGREDIENTS
- 500 gm of peeled apples
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 9 tablespoons flour
- 7 tablespoons milk
- 6 tablespoons caster sugar
- 4 tablespoons oil
- apricot jam
DIRECTION
- Peel the apples and cut into chunks or slices.
- Lemon juice and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar until laundering.
- Add the yeast, flour, milk and oil.
- Mix well until a smooth paste.
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
- In a cake pan 24 to 27 cm in diameter previously buttered and flour, pour the mixture and arrange the apple pieces behind each other.
- Bake for 35 min.
- Once the cake warm, brush with jam and taste is warm or cold.
