APPLE CAKE AND APRICOT JAM


Preparation 10 min
Cooking time 35 min at 180 ° C (T ° 6)

INGREDIENTS
  • 500 gm of peeled apples
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 9 tablespoons flour
  • 7 tablespoons milk
  • 6 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • apricot jam


DIRECTION
  • Peel the apples and cut into chunks or slices.  
  • Lemon juice and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar until laundering.  
  • Add the yeast, flour, milk and oil.  
  • Mix well until a smooth paste.
  • Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
  • In a cake pan 24 to 27 cm in diameter previously buttered and flour, pour the mixture and arrange the apple pieces behind each other.
  • Bake for 35 min.
  • Once the cake warm, brush with jam and taste is warm or cold.
