How to start a meal in a good mood!
INGREDIENTS
- 200 gm flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 10 ml of milk
- 80 gm grated cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon coffee cumin
- 100 gm grated carrots
- Salt and pepper
DIRECTION
- Preheat the oven to 180 °.
- I mix in a bowl the flour and baking powder. I form a well in the middle and I pour the egg and milk.
- I stir well with a whisk until the mixture is smooth, but it is very compact.
- I add grated carrots and cumin, cheese, and salt and pepper paste is not very easy to work with, you can go totally by hand.
- With a spoon I put small piles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and hop in the oven for fifteen minutes!
- Too yummy! Tender and tasty, they are made devoured!
