BITES CARROTS




How to start a meal in a good mood!

INGREDIENTS
  • 200 gm flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 10 ml of milk
  • 80 gm grated cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon coffee cumin
  • 100 gm grated carrots
  • Salt and pepper
 

DIRECTION
  • Preheat the oven to 180 °.
  • I mix in a bowl the flour and baking powder. I form a well in the middle and I pour the egg and milk.
  • I stir well with a whisk until the mixture is smooth, but it is very compact.
  • I add grated carrots and cumin, cheese, and salt and pepper paste is not very easy to work with, you can go totally by hand.
  • With a spoon I put small piles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and hop in the oven for fifteen minutes!
  • Too yummy! Tender and tasty, they are made devoured!
