WAFFLE POTATOES AND PARSLEY



Preparation time 15 min
Cooking time 10 min
INGREDIENTS (for 6 waffles)
400g of potatoes
10ml liquid cream 5%
40gm butter
2 eggs
50gm flour
2 pinches of nutmeg
2 tablespoons parsley
DIRECTION
Peel, wash and grate the potatoes.
Mix the cream with grated potatoes, nutmeg, two eggs, flour, parsley and butter.
Pour the batter into a preheated waffle iron.
Remove losqu'elles waffles are golden.
