BANANA CHOCOLATE TART




INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pastry
  • 2 bananas
  • sugar
  • 15 gm butter
  • 1 chocolate pastry
  • 20 ml of liquid cream
 

DIRECTION
  • Cut 4 small circles in the dough with a bowl.
  • Cut the banana into slices and have them on the dough.
  • Sprinkle lightly with sugar and add some butter.
  • Put in oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 200 ° C (thermostat 6-7).
  • Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate sauce by heating the cream.
  • Break the chocolate into small pieces. Spread the cream melting in the heat to very low.
  • Serve tarts warm with hot sauce on top.
