CABERT MUFFINS



INGREDIENTS

  • 70 gm of apple slices
  • 80 gm camembert pieces
  • 120 gm flour
  • 2 teaspoon. Coffee baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 12 ml of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
 

DIRECTION
  • I preheat the oven to 180 °.
  • In a pan I melt a knob of butter and browned the diced apples.
  • I mix in a bowl the flour, baking powder and salt.
  • In another, I mix the egg, oil and milk.
  • I mix the two preparations quickly without overworking the dough (lumps it does not matter).
  • I add camembert, the golden apples.
  • I pour into small silicone molds (plate of 20 biscuits).
  • I let cook for 10 minutes, they are cooked when a knife stuck in the center comes out clean.
  • I let them cool on a rack.
  • I serve with roast meat and mustard.
  •  Nice end to the weekend!
