INGREDIENTS
- 70 gm of apple slices
- 80 gm camembert pieces
- 120 gm flour
- 2 teaspoon. Coffee baking powder
- 1 egg
- 12 ml of milk
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
DIRECTION
- I preheat the oven to 180 °.
- In a pan I melt a knob of butter and browned the diced apples.
- I mix in a bowl the flour, baking powder and salt.
- In another, I mix the egg, oil and milk.
- I mix the two preparations quickly without overworking the dough (lumps it does not matter).
- I add camembert, the golden apples.
- I pour into small silicone molds (plate of 20 biscuits).
- I let cook for 10 minutes, they are cooked when a knife stuck in the center comes out clean.
- I let them cool on a rack.
- I serve with roast meat and mustard.
