FRIED RICE AND PUMPKIN PUREE




INGREDIENTS

  • half a bowl of white rice already cooked
  • some chicken strips
  • 1 coffee tablespoon clear soy sauce
  • a small piece of pumpkin
  • a knob of salted butter (dogs are not cats)
 

DIRECTION

  • Heat a frying pan and sauté the rice and chicken strips.
  • Drizzle with soy sauce, and once the color is uniform, stop the fire.
  • In a steamer  BABY COOK for me  cook your pumpkin, cut into very small dice.
  • Once the soft switch in a blender with the butter.
  • Serve the rice with this beautiful colorful mash!
