INGREDIENTS
- a puff pastry
- 3 eggs
- 20 cl of cream
- 100 gm grated cheese
- half a zucchini
- half an eggplant
- half a pepper
DIRECTION
- Preheat oven to 210 °
- Roll out the pastry into pie plate.
- In a bowl beat eggs.
- Add sour cream and grated cheese.
- Wash the zucchini half, half the eggplant and bell pepper half.
- Cut into slices of zucchini and eggplant.
- Chop peppers.
- Mix with remaining mixture.
- Pour into pie plate.
- Add salt and pepper lightly. Bake for 2530 minutes (check)
