INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CAKE
- 1 jar of cheese 100 gm
- 4 eggs
- 1 jar of olive oil
- 2 jars of cake flour
- 1 jar of almonds
- 1 pinch of salt
- no sugar
- The cream cheese
- Roast meat
- Pickles
DIRECTION
- I preheat the oven to 180 °.
- I pour the cheese in a bowl.
- I keep the pot I clean for measurements of other ingredients.I add the eggs, I mix and oil, I mix the flour, almonds and salt, I mix.
- I poured into a mold to miss buttered and floured.
- I put in the oven 20 to 25 minutes; the cake is done when a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- I put the cake on a wire rack to cool.
- I cut it in half with a knife Genoese (serrated knife) and I half sandwich with cream cheese, I add slices of meat and pickles cut in half lengthwise and I based by over the second part of the cake. I cut slices, and it is the aperitif time ;)!
