CAKE SANDWICH CREAM CHEESE AND ROASTED



INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CAKE

  • 1 jar of cheese 100 gm
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 jar of olive oil
  • 2 jars of cake flour
  • 1 jar of almonds
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • no sugar
FOR THE FILLING
  • The cream cheese
  • Roast meat
  • Pickles


DIRECTION
  • I preheat the oven to 180 °.
  • I pour the cheese in a bowl. 
  • I keep the pot I clean for measurements of other ingredients.I add the eggs, I mix and oil, I mix the flour, almonds and salt, I mix.
  • I poured into a mold to miss buttered and floured.
  • I put in the oven 20 to 25 minutes; the cake is done when a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  • I put the cake on a wire rack to cool.
  • I cut it in half with a knife Genoese (serrated knife) and I half sandwich with cream cheese, I add slices of meat and pickles cut in half lengthwise and I based by over the second part of the cake. I cut slices, and it is the aperitif time ;)!
