MOROCCAN MACAROONS



INGREDIENTS
 

  • 2 eggs
  • 30g of sugar
  • 250g ground almonds
  • 50g fine semolina
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • The orange blossom my partner the land of orange blossom
  • Icing sugar
  • 1 pinch of pink dye



DIRECTION
 

  • Beat the eggs.
  • Add sugar, baking powder, semolina and almond powder to obtain a dough soft enough.
  • Add the dye.
  • Moisten hands with orange blossom and form balls the size of a walnut with the dough.
  • Roll in sugar and flatten.
  • Place on baking paper.
  • Bake 15 to 20 minute
