INGREDIENTS
- 200gm cod fillets
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 1 can peeled tomatoes
- Juice of 1/2 lime
DIRECTION
- Sauté garlic and shallot in a little olive oil.
- Add spices, tomatoes and lemon juice.
- Add the fish fillets, cover and cook over medium heat 8 min.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
