CURRY COD WITH TOMATO





INGREDIENTS

  • 200gm cod fillets
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 can peeled tomatoes
  • Juice of 1/2 lime

DIRECTION
  • Sauté garlic and shallot in a little olive oil.
  • Add spices, tomatoes and lemon juice.
  • Add the fish fillets, cover and cook over medium heat 8 min.
  • Serve hot and enjoy.
