LEEK PIE SALMON


INGREDIENTS
  • Serves 4
  • 4 large leeks
  • 120 gm of smoked salmon (three slices)
  • 140 gm grated cheese
  • A short crust pastry (bought or make)

DIRECTION
  • Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
  • Slice the leeks (white parts).
  • Cook for 20 minutes in a large pot of boiling water.
  • Cook the smoked salmon, which is cut into pieces in a pan for two minutes.
  • Spread the mixture over the pastry. Add the grated cheese.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes
