- 4 large leeks
- 120 gm of smoked salmon (three slices)
- 140 gm grated cheese
- A short crust pastry (bought or make)
DIRECTION
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
- Slice the leeks (white parts).
- Cook for 20 minutes in a large pot of boiling water.
- Cook the smoked salmon, which is cut into pieces in a pan for two minutes.
- Spread the mixture over the pastry. Add the grated cheese.
- Bake for about 25 minutes
