INGREDIENTS
- 100gm butter
- 150gm of sugar
- 180gm flour
- 170gm chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
DIRECTION
- Mix with the tool sheet kitchen aid softened butter, sugar and beaten egg.
- Add flour, baking soda and chocolate chips.
- The batter should be sandy.
- Form a ball and then spread in a pie.
- Bake for 20 to 25min th6.
- Let cool before unmolding.
- It is crispy, a treat!
