INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup dried apricots, diced
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup Craisins (optional)
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds (optional)
- 60g butter or margarine
- Honey 1/4 cup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 egg
- Milk 1/4 cup
DIRECTION
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, sunflower seeds, flour, apricots, raisins, almonds and sesame seeds and Craisins if you add these as well.
- Melt butter or margarine, honey and brown sugar in the microwave for 1 minute and add to dry ingredients. Stir in egg and milk and mix well.
- Press into a greased and lined lamington tin and bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C.
- Slice when cool. Have fun!
