MUESLI BAR RECIPE SLICE







INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup dried apricots, diced
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup Craisins (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds (optional)
  • 60g butter or margarine
  • Honey 1/4 cup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Milk 1/4 cup

HEDGEHOG SLICE RECIPE



INGREDIENTS
  • 250g packet of Scotch Finger biscuits
  • ¾ cup chopped pecans (or walnuts or almonds)
  • 1 cup raisins (optional)
  • 125 gm butter
  • 125g caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
FROSTING
  • 1 ½ cups icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 23 tablespoons water

DOUBLE RECIPE SLICE OF SHOCK

RECIPE COCONUT SLICE OF LEMON

  • 1 x 400g tin milk condensed
  • 2 cups coconut
  • 125g butter
  • Crust of 1 lemon, finely grated
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 30 gm butter
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

QUICHE WITH GREENS

MARS SLICE RECIPE BAR




INGREDIENTS
  • 90g butter
  • 3 x 85g Mars bars, coarsely chopped
  • 3 cups of rice bubbles
  • 250g block of milk chocolate

TOO EASY RECIPE LEMON SLICE

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 x 200g packets shortbread (I used Caramel Shortbread Paradise)
  • 2 cups desiccated coconut   
  • 400g can of evaporated skimmed milk   
  • 125g butter, melted
  • Zest of 1 lemon, finely chopped   
FROSTING       
  • 2 cups icing sugar   
  • 30 gm butter, softened   
  • 23 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice   
  • 1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut   

STRAWBERRY JELLY SLICE RECIPE

  • Auto 3/4 cup cake flour
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 packet of strawberry jelly Plane
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water

APPLE AND SAFE MILLEFEUILLE RECIPE





INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cake mix with vanilla package
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 3 large tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1 can apple pie
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 1 egg

EGG AND SPINACH TOMATOES






SERVE 4
INGREDIENTS
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 large tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
  • 400 grams of spinach
DIRECTION
  • Cook the eggs in warm water for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook the spinach for the time indicated on the package.
  • Chop the tomatoes.
  • Remove the shell eggs.
  • Cut in half lengthwise.
  • Combine spinach and tomatoes.
  • Serve.
