INGREDIENTS
- 90g butter
- 3 x 85g Mars bars, coarsely chopped
- 3 cups of rice bubbles
- 250g block of milk chocolate
DIRECTION
- Prepare a slice box lining with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a glass bowl, butter and Mars bars instead.
- Heat in microwave 1 1/2 minutes and remove to stir.
- Pour rice bubbles in the butter / Mars Bar mixture one cup at a time mixing. Mix until all combined.
- Press into slice pan with the back of a large metal spoon. Set aside.
- Break the chocolate block into small squares and microwave for 1 minute, stirring for 30 seconds.
- Heat for 20 more seconds if it does not become smooth and creamy.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the rice mixture bubbles and spread evenly.
- Cool in refrigerator until chocolate hardens.
- Lift slab tray with greaseproof paper place on a cutting board.
- Once it is room temperature, cut into squares with a large sharp knife.
