SALMON ASPARAGUS


 


INGREDIENTS

  • Serves 4
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 4 large slices of salmon
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 lemon
 

DIRECTION

  • Boil water with some salt.
  • Plunge the asparagus into the water for 15 minutes.
  • Drain. Make fair packet of asparagus and wrap with slice of salmon.
  • Prepare sauce: Combine the cream, lemon juice and a tablespoon of water.
  • Serve hot or cold with a little bread.
