INGREDIENTS
- Serves 4
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 4 large slices of salmon
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 lemon
DIRECTION
- Boil water with some salt.
- Plunge the asparagus into the water for 15 minutes.
- Drain. Make fair packet of asparagus and wrap with slice of salmon.
- Prepare sauce: Combine the cream, lemon juice and a tablespoon of water.
- Serve hot or cold with a little bread.
