INGREDIENTS
- Pie crust or puff
- 4 large tomatoes
- Mustard
- Gruyere: 150 g
- A log of goat
- Olive oil
DIRECTION
- Preheat oven to 200 °
- Spread the dough in a pie plate.
- Line bottom of mustard.
- Cut the cheese into slices and arrange on mustard.
- Remove skin from tomatoes (Tip here!)
- Top with tomato paste as for apple cake.
- Cut into slices the log of goat and place the pieces on top of pie.
- Bake for 30 minutes (check)
