PIE IN TOMATO AND CHEESE




FOR ABOUT 4 PEOPLE


INGREDIENTS
  • Pie crust or puff
  • 4 large tomatoes
  • Mustard
  • Gruyere: 150 g
  • A log of goat
  • Olive oil





DIRECTION

  • Preheat oven to 200 °
  • Spread the dough in a pie plate.
  • Line bottom of mustard.
  • Cut the cheese into slices and arrange on mustard.
  • Remove skin from tomatoes (Tip here!)
  • Top with tomato paste as for apple cake.
  • Cut into slices the log of goat and place the pieces on top of pie.
  • Bake for 30 minutes (check)
