INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices of veal cutlets or chicken
- Breadcrumbs
- 3 or 4 eggs (depending on size)
- 25 grams of butter
- Salt and pepper
DIRECTION
- Separate the whites from the yolks of eggs, we will keep this recipe as egg yolks.
- Mix the egg yolks and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
