CUTLETS VEAL BREADED CHICKEN



SERVES 4
 
INGREDIENTS
  • 4 slices of veal cutlets or chicken
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 3 or 4 eggs (depending on size)
  • 25 grams of butter
  • Salt and pepper


DIRECTION
  • Separate the whites from the yolks of eggs, we will keep this recipe as egg yolks.
  • Mix the egg yolks and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Spread over the entire surface of a plate, breadcrumbs.
  • Take the cutlets one by one and start with the dip in the egg yolk so they are all covered with this cover with bread crumbs preparation.
  • Heat a pan and grease it well with half the butter.
  • Cook in pan for 56 minutes, adding remaining butter as and when cooking. 
  • Monitor the breadcrumbs do not scorched!
