CROQUES SPANISH



INGREDIENTS
  •  3 onions
  •  8 slices of bread
  •  1 box of cherry tomatoes
  •  100 g gruyere
  •  1 tablespoon oil
  •  Salt and pepper

DIRECTION

  • Cook the onions over low heat with oil and add the quartered tomatoes.
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Spread the mixture on the bread
  • Put the cheese and bake 15 minutes at 180 ° C.
