CHOCOLATE COCONUT ROCK




INGREDIENTS



  • For 16 large rocks
  •  100 g dark chocolate 70%.
  •  110 g caster sugar
  •  4 egg whites
  •  180 g of powdered coconut



DIRECTION



  • Preheat oven to 170 ° C
  • Chop the chocolate into large pieces.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff, mix with sugar, coconut powder and chocolate chips.
  • Form balls of dough with your fingers (hand recommended!) Which are then placed on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 1215 minutes.
  • Cool and eat quickly: conservation = 12 to 24 hours maximum.
