INGREDIENTS
- 120 gm flour
- 200 gm ground almonds
- 200 gm caster sugar
- 200 gm salted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 packet of yeast
- salt
DIRECTION
- Preheat oven to 180 °
- Melt the butter. Then mix in a bowl with sugar.
- Add the eggs one by one and stir. Add the ground almonds.
- Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice in the preparation of almonds, butter, sugar ...
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt, then pour the mixture in the preparation of almonds, butter, sugar ...
- Butter a loaf pan.
- Bake the cake with lemon and almonds for 40 minutes (check occasionally).
- And so the cake, once cool can be tasted!
