TARTIFLETTE



Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
  •  1 for tartiflette cheese 500 g.
  •  1 kg of potatoes (8 large potatoes)
  •  200g of meat(any)
  •  1 onion

DIRECTION

  • Peel and cook the potatoes to steam for 30 minutes.
  • Cut into slices about 1cm thick.
  • Preheat oven to 210 °.
  • Fry the potatoes in a pan with onion and meat(any).
  • Pour into a baking dish and cover with cheese for tartiflette. (which will be halved in the case of a large "pie".
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
