INGREDIENTS
- 1 for tartiflette cheese 500 g.
- 1 kg of potatoes (8 large potatoes)
- 200g of meat(any)
- 1 onion
DIRECTION
- Peel and cook the potatoes to steam for 30 minutes.
- Cut into slices about 1cm thick.
- Preheat oven to 210 °.
- Fry the potatoes in a pan with onion and meat(any).
- Pour into a baking dish and cover with cheese for tartiflette. (which will be halved in the case of a large "pie".
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
