THREE FISH SALAD





INGREDIENTS
  • Serves 4 to 6 people
  •  250 g of pasta
  •  3 slices of smoked salmon
  •  2 cans of tuna
  •  2 cans of sardines
  •  250 g tomatoes
  •  Black olive / green
  •  Balsamic Vinegar
  •  Olive oil

DIRECTION
  • Heat a pan of water. 
  • When the water boils, plunge the pasta during cooking time indicated on the package
  • Then cool the pasta under running cold water
  • Pour the pasta into a bowl.
  • Wash and cut your tomatoes into pieces.
  • Drain tuna and add the tomatoes and tuna pasta in container.
  • Stir in sardines cut into two or three pieces
  • Cut three slices of smoked salmon into pieces and add them to prepare and add the green olives and / or black.

  • Prepare vinaigrette. For this, mix two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar with three tablespoons of olive oil
  • Spoon dressing over salad and mix well.
