INGREDIENTS
- 250g of macaroni
- 2 leeks
- 10 slices meat(any)
- 10 g butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 30 ml milk
- 70 g of grated cheese
- breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper
DIRECTION
- Preheat oven to 210 ° C.
- In a saucepan of boiling water, cook the macaroni 3 minutes.
- Cut the white part of leeks into rounds.
- In another pan of boiling water, cook the leeks 10 minutes.
- In a pan, fry the meat(any) slices.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and milk.
- Cook 5 minutes. Then add half the grated cheese.
- In a dish mix everything together pasta, meat(any), leeks, sauce. Spread over the entire surface of the remaining grated cheese. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Bake 20 minutes.
