LEEK AND MEAT(ANY) MACARONI



 
SERVE 4

INGREDIENTS 
  • 250g of macaroni
  • 2 leeks
  • 10 slices meat(any)
  • 10 g butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 30 ml milk
  • 70 g of grated cheese
  • breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper
 


DIRECTION
  • Preheat oven to 210 ° C.
  • In a saucepan of boiling water, cook the macaroni 3 minutes.
  • Cut the white part of leeks into rounds.
  • In another pan of boiling water, cook the leeks 10 minutes.
  • In a pan, fry the meat(any) slices.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and milk.
  • Cook 5 minutes. Then add half the grated cheese.
  • In a dish mix everything together pasta, meat(any), leeks, sauce. Spread over the entire surface of the remaining grated cheese. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  • Bake 20 minutes.
