STRAWBERRY JELLY SLICE RECIPE




INGREDIENTS
  • Auto 3/4 cup cake flour
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 packet of strawberry jelly Plane
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 90g melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin
  • 1 punnet of strawberries, chopped


DIRECTION
  •  Line a baking paper lamington to cover base and extend on each side.
  • Mix the flour, sugar and coconut in a large bowl.
  • Add melted butter and mix.
  • Press mixture into bottom of prepared pan.
  • Make the filling by combining crystals and gelatin jelly and then add boiling water. Stir until dissolved
  • Cool the filling in the refrigerator until thick and syrupy, then add the strawberries.
  • Pour filling over the cooled base and refrigerate until firm.
  • Regular cut into squares and serve with strawberries and whipped cream extra.
