INGREDIENTS
- For about 20 TO 30 cookies
- 300 gm of flour
- 200 gm butter
- 100 gm sugar
DIRECTION
- Preheat oven to 165 °
- Mix flour and 150 grams of butter by hand.
- Add the sugar.
- Melt the remaining 50g butter in a saucepan.
- Add the melted butter to the mixture.
- Form on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, small mounds of dough which are then flattened (3 cm in diameter)
- Bake for 20 minutes (until cookies blondissent)
- Cool cookies and gently.
