PURE BUTTER COOKIES






INGREDIENTS
 

  • For about 20 TO 30 cookies
  •  300 gm of flour
  •  200 gm butter
  •  100 gm sugar


DIRECTION


  • Preheat oven to 165 °
  • Mix flour and 150 grams of butter by hand.
  • Add the sugar.
  • Melt the remaining 50g butter in a saucepan.
  • Add the melted butter to the mixture.
  • Form on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, small mounds of dough which are then flattened (3 cm in diameter)
  • Bake for 20 minutes (until cookies blondissent)
