BEEF BOURGUIGNON



 
SERVE 6 TO 8 
INGREDIENTS 
  • 1.4 pounds of beef
  • 1/2 liter of vinegar
  • 6 carrots
  • 10 mushrooms
  • 250 gm of meat(any)
  • 2 onions
  • Salt and pepper



DIRECTION
  • Saute onions in oil and lard.
  • In a stew pot, cook the meat over high heat for 5 minutes
  • Add vinegar, sliced ​​carrots, mushrooms.
  • Add salt and pepper and simmer over low heat for 3 to 4 hours.
