SERVE 6 TO 8
INGREDIENTS
- 1.4 pounds of beef
- 1/2 liter of vinegar
- 6 carrots
- 10 mushrooms
- 250 gm of meat(any)
- 2 onions
- Salt and pepper
DIRECTION
- Saute onions in oil and lard.
- In a stew pot, cook the meat over high heat for 5 minutes
- Add vinegar, sliced carrots, mushrooms.
- Add salt and pepper and simmer over low heat for 3 to 4 hours.
