TRADITIONAL WAFFLE





INGREDIENTS



  • For 12 waffles:
  •  1/2 liter of milk
  •  75 g sugar
  •  300g flour
  •  125 g butter
  •  2 eggs
  •  A pinch of salt
  •  2 teaspoons yeast


DIRECTION



  • In a bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
  • Add egg, sugar, salt and melted butter. Mix.
  • Gradually add milk, working the dough well.
  • Pour batter on a waffle iron and wait 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle waffles with icing sugar.
