INGREDIENTS
- For 12 waffles:
- 1/2 liter of milk
- 75 g sugar
- 300g flour
- 125 g butter
- 2 eggs
- A pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons yeast
DIRECTION
- In a bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
- Add egg, sugar, salt and melted butter. Mix.
- Gradually add milk, working the dough well.
- Pour batter on a waffle iron and wait 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle waffles with icing sugar.
