INGREDIENTS
- 160 gm dark chocolate 70%.
- 125 gm ground almonds
- 50 gm pine nuts
- 1 package slivered almonds
- 50 gm of raisins
- 150 gm unsalted butter
- 100 gm icing sugar
- 50 gm flour
DIRECTION
- Preheat oven to 210 °
- Melt butter in a double boiler with the chocolate.
- Mix in bowl flour, icing sugar and ground almonds.
- Add the butter chocolate preparation
- Cook 5 minutes in the oven.
- Then place the almonds, raisins, pine nuts on top of cake.
- Reenforce for 10 minutes.
