CHOCOLATE AND DRIED FRUIT CAKE





INGREDIENTS

  • 160 gm dark chocolate 70%.
  • 125 gm ground almonds
  • 50 gm pine nuts
  • 1 package slivered almonds
  • 50 gm of raisins
  • 150 gm unsalted butter
  • 100 gm icing sugar
  • 50 gm flour




DIRECTION 

  • Preheat oven to 210 °
  • Melt butter in a double boiler with the chocolate.
  • Mix in bowl flour, icing sugar and ground almonds.
  • Add the butter chocolate preparation
  • Cook 5 minutes in the oven.
  • Then place the almonds, raisins, pine nuts on top of cake.
  • Reenforce for 10 minutes.
