INGREDIENTS
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 large tablespoons of cornstarch
- 4 glasses of milk
- 3 large spoonfuls of sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
DIRECTION
- Mix all in a large saucepan.
- Do not stop turning with a wooden spoon until you feel that the cream becomes thick.
- Allow lamp to cool.
- Serve with a ladle, the cream in cups or small bowls. Chill.
