ORANGETTES




INGREDIENTS

  • For about 30 orangettes ...
  • 100g candied orange ropes in
  • 150g of chocolate 70%


   DIRECTION



  • Nothing is easier than making orangettes, the only fault of these is that they are a bit long to realize ...
  • Melt chocolate in double boiler
  • Pour into a glass
  • Dip half of candied orange ropes in melted chocolate and repeat for each candied orange which is then placed on a sheet of parchment paper so that it does not stick.
  • Let dry for 40 minutes
  • Repeat the previous operation on the side but no chocolate.
  • Let dry for 40 minutes
  • After you can taste the orangettes!
