CHOCOLATE SLICE





INGREDIENTS
  • 230g melted butter
  • 2 cups flour jackup
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup cocoa, sifted

FROSTING
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon coconut

DIRECTION
  • Preheat oven to 170 ° C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside slice.
  • Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl, add the melted butter and mix well.
  • Press mixture firmly into a deck.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.

FROSTING
  • Sift icing sugar and cocoa and stir in melted butter and milk.
  • Spread over hot slice and sprinkle coconut on top. 
  • Cool and cut into squares of 5 cm by 5 cm.
