EGG CASSEROLE



Cook 4 to 5 minutes in the oven


INGREDIENTS
  •  1 egg per person
  •  Cream
  •  Salt, pepper, chives


DIRECTION
  • Preheat oven to 180 °.
  • Break into four ramekins one whole egg.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle with chopped chives.
  • Add a teaspoon of cream.
  • Serve with mouilliettes.
