INGREDIENTS
- 6 eggs
- 4 large tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
- 400 grams of spinach
- Cook the eggs in warm water for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the spinach for the time indicated on the package.
- Chop the tomatoes.
- Remove the shell eggs.
- Cut in half lengthwise.
- Combine spinach and tomatoes.
- Serve.
