EGG AND SPINACH TOMATOES






SERVE 4
INGREDIENTS
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 large tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
  • 400 grams of spinach
DIRECTION
  • Cook the eggs in warm water for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook the spinach for the time indicated on the package.
  • Chop the tomatoes.
  • Remove the shell eggs.
  • Cut in half lengthwise.
  • Combine spinach and tomatoes.
